The Word of the day and going forward is HALT! we need to remember this Word each day it is a strategy against the devil . The devil attacks when we are the most vulnerable so use the letters in the word HALT to identify your vulnerability the first letter H - hungry second letter A - angry third letter L - lonely forth letter T - tired when you reach these points remind yourself to HALT! STOP! think about your vulnerability and fight back with the Word of God. Jesus when being tempted by the devil refuted him by saying it is written that's the things written in the Word of God!
